Effective Date: August 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the WaldronMath tutoring service. By arranging and purchasing tutoring, the parent or guardian agrees to the applicable service terms below.

Service Provider
WaldronMath is the public-facing name used by Jasmine Waldron for her tutoring service. The website does not represent WaldronMath as a separately incorporated or registered business entity.

Monthly Progress Updates
Jasmine provides the parent or guardian with one brief progress update per month for each enrolled student. These updates are handled directly by Jasmine and are outside GoHighLevel automation.

Tutoring Service
WaldronMath provides one-on-one virtual mathematics tutoring for Grade 5, Grade 6, Form 1, Form 2, and Form 3. Tutoring supports the mathematics curriculum the student is studying at school and may reinforce concepts, address areas of difficulty, assist with understanding homework and assignments, and strengthen problem-solving skills.

Student and Parent Responsibilities
The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information and for ensuring the student has reasonable access to the device, internet connection, learning materials, and environment needed for virtual tutoring. Students are expected to participate appropriately and make a reasonable effort during sessions.

Delivery and Schedule
Tutoring is delivered virtually through Zoom. The standard service provides two scheduled one on-one sessions per week, with each session lasting two hours, for four scheduled tutoring hours per week. Actual session times are arranged directly with Jasmine and are subject to availability.

Educational Results
WaldronMath provides instructional support intended to strengthen mathematical understanding and confidence. Results depend on factors including attendance, participation, practice, school instruction, and individual circumstances. WaldronMath does not guarantee a particular grade, examination result, school placement, or other academic outcome.

Tuition and Payment
Tuition is GYD $15,000 per student, per month. Regular monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A new student who begins partway through a month pays a prorated first-month fee based on the number of scheduled sessions remaining in that month. Payment arrangements, accepted payment methods, Cash/MMG instructions, and payment confirmation are communicated directly by Jasmine. The website and GoHighLevel system do not process or automate tutoring payments.

Technology and Third-Party Platforms
Virtual tutoring depends on internet access and third-party services such as Zoom. Device problems, internet interruptions, or third-party outages may occasionally affect a session. Jasmine and the parent or guardian should communicate reasonably when a significant technical interruption occurs.

Month-to-Month Enrollment and Withdrawal
Tutoring enrollment is month-to-month with no long-term contract. A parent who intends to discontinue tutoring must provide Jasmine with at least 7 days' notice before the next month's tuition payment is due. Because regular monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month, notice to discontinue should be provided at least 7 days before the upcoming 1st of-the-month payment date.

Website Inquiries
Submitting the website inquiry form does not enroll a student, reserve a tutoring place, create a payment obligation, or guarantee availability. Jasmine will contact the parent or guardian within 24 hours to discuss the student's needs, availability, and next steps.

Student Cancellations, Missed Lessons, and Rescheduling
For a student-cancelled tutoring lesson to be considered for rescheduling, the parent or student must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. Providing 24 hours' notice does not automatically guarantee a makeup lesson. Rescheduling remains at Jasmine's discretion and is subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and student no-shows do not automatically qualify for a makeup lesson. If Jasmine cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled.

Optional Marketing Communications
Parents and guardians may separately choose to receive occasional WaldronMath math tips, updates, and service information by email. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or arrange tutoring. Promotional email recipients may unsubscribe using the option provided in those messages.

Refunds and Service Credits
Tuition is non-refundable once the applicable month's tutoring period has begun. A parent or student who withdraws after the tutoring period begins will not receive a refund of tuition already paid for that month. If WaldronMath/Jasmine is unable to provide a paid scheduled tutoring lesson, the affected lesson will be rescheduled or an appropriate service credit will be provided. This policy works together with the student cancellation and missed-lesson rules above.

Changes to Services or Terms
WaldronMath may update service details or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes should be communicated appropriately and should not be applied in a misleading manner to services already purchased.

Parent/Guardian Communication
Parents and guardians may communicate directly with Jasmine by phone, WhatsApp, or email for reasonable scheduling, administrative, and student-progress matters. The service does not include unlimited or 24/7 access to Jasmine. Messages will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe based on availability.
